“My WiFi wasn’t working well on my computer, I had to constantly restart to get it to connect for a while before it failed again. I took it in and they ran diagnostics which indicated an internal issue. We discussed potential solutions and I decided that I wanted the WiFi card replaced. They got it done and my computer has been working perfectly since then. I paid for the priority service and am really happy that I didn’t have to miss any work while they got me running again. Thank you!!”

“No complaints here. They had my laptop for 1 day and were able to salvage the hard drive from a old destroyed laptop and transfer all my data, photos and music on to a new laptop (and I didn't even have a power source for the old, dead laptop!). They also gave me back the old hard drive, just in case something was missing, we could back and get it off there. Could not have asked for it have gone any smoother. Will be doing business with these guys again for sure!”
