Connections has been a great credit union for me. They gave me my first car and home loan. Jo has always been my preferred teller even back in the Inkom branch, but all are helpful, kind, and efficient.

Annie the teller. Should not be up front. She is rude and gives ugly looks. I came in with a smile and ready to greet and she soon turned my smile into a frown. Most uncomfortable interaction. When I told her what kind of transaction I needed she looked at me once and made me felt like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Talking the bare minimum to me. I hope I don’t get her again.Once again Annie the teller. That is working in front today 04/19/24. Is not a pleasure to work with, straight trash. I don’t know if it was a bad day or what. But who knows. This review is just for her.

sorry for all the grammar and bad rating I did voice to talk on this, so I did the best I could.People beware of this place they have the worst customer service you’ll ever get Stephanie T or Stephanie M she has two last name she’s the at the top of the chain. I think she’s the CFO not 100% sure but she gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced along with three or four other associates one of them. His name was Krissy or Christie. She was in customer resolutions and she basically called me a liar and threaten to repo my truck over $2600 for insurance lapse now that was from 12 of 2022 to 12 of 2023 they charge me $2600 now on five of 2023 I paid the truck off and then I disputed the $2600 and the gal that I spoke to said that they would have to take it to the board or the higher-ups to get this reversed and that she would let me know well I never heard back from her income last month I called to find out what was going on and it turns out that they charged me for three months that I was in dispute with the $2600 charge plus I paid the truck off and then there was the rest of the year that hadn’t even passed yet so they weren’t out of the $2600 they wouldn’t reverse any of the money until I paid the full $2600 or is 2676 and then when I finally paid that off then they were so kind that they gave me back $998 for the time that hadn’t passed yet and now they have 1700 of my dollars and refused to return it. They won’t acknowledged it. I was in dispute of the insurance from five of 2023 when I paid that off so they know that I said something then, but they’re still charging me for fives the month of, May June and July and not only did I dispute it over and paid the truck off but I had insurance for the reinstated on four of 2023 until October 2023. This has been the biggest nightmare I’ve ever dealt with I’ve never had this kind of customer service in my life and it starts from the top with Stephanie. This place is Wells Fargo all over again there’s so many hidden fees and so many ways they can get you guys that’s what they’re doing. They’re in Stephanie Stephanie someone create all those rules but they don’t care about us as a customer they just care about our money and it’s blatantly obvious after $40,000 I paid these guys over $40,000. You would think they would have my back and go to fight for me but now they’re telling me oh it’s the insurance to charge is this Stephanie even said let’s set up an ETA time to call the insurance you know the state insurance I’m sorry, but I thought the loan was through connections. Did the state insurance give me the loan no. These guys are rip offs do not bank with them. I’m going to send my message to everybody I’m gonna park out in front of this there’s establishments with billboards, saying how horrible of customer service they get I will not stop until I know they hear me, thank you

This has been bank that I visited for the last almost two years for shared banking, but I feel in love with its community! Danni (I hope I spelt that right) and Jake have been so kind to me and my boyfriend. I finally opened an account with them and I’m so happy to do so! I highly recommend this place to anyone even if it’s for shared banking! Thank you guys for all that you do for us!!

I used to love this Credit Union, but in the last 18 months that has been turned entirely upside down. They have had 0 staff retention and have lost every employee I've known and worked with for the past 10 years, they have totally redesigned their web infrastructure to a much less user friendly design that is very buggy and hard to work with, their mobile deposit doesn't function correctly, and recently I spent two hours fighting with them to deposit my payroll in the form of an e-check which I had been doing every two weeks...not only were they refusing to deposit it, but they had the nerve to tell me they've never accepted them, and treated me life I was handing them a fraudulent check. At this point I am seriously considering leaving connections, whom I have banked with since they were potelco. I need a credit union that works for and with me rather than against me.
