Can’t even say they had bad customer service considering there was no customer service. We walked in there and were looking around for about 10-15 minutes and not a single person came out to greet us or ask us if we needed help. We didn’t a single person in that store, clearly my business was no wanted.

Name is misleading. Not the cheapest place to shop for sure. Nothing Dell's sold. Dell is famous for selling PCS, ELECTRONICS & ACCESSORIES.

HYRUM was excellent. He took time to listen to what was malfunctioning, answer my questions, and figured out the problem. After he fixed one problem, he was thorough and found another and was able to fix it. We are very happy with his work!

We needed appliance. I dreaded the decisions ahead of us. We had 4-5 possible places to shop. Went to Dell's first and was completely satisfied with the choices and the salesman!!! Matt was exceptional with helping us quickly narrow down the options to best suit our needs and best of all WE NEVER ONCE FELT PRESSURED TO BUY.We felt no need to look any further.My RECOMMENDATION: shop Dell's first!!!

I really liked both of the men they was very professional and fixed my washer in less than 30 minutes it wasn't really broken it was a piece of paper and some strings that were clogged in it so it would not drain and im so happy it was nothing bigger than that ? but the only thing I didn't like is the price was way to much"$80.00" just to come look at it and spend 20 minutes on fixing it but at least my year old washer is working great again

Hyram showed up on time. It was easy to make an appointment. Seems like everything is working great now. Cost was fairly reasonable .
