Went in to the golf section and needed to get a new grip installed on my driver, I asked the lady if there was someone that could help, after 20 minutes of waiting nobody showed up, why have a golf section if there isn't anyone that can help, I guess I'll take my business to golf course club house

I've only shopped here a couple times. Both times there were more employees then customers in the store, and they still acted as if was overwhelming to help anyone. Employees mostly sat and joked around with each other and acted shocked that someone would ask for help.

I MUST have interrupted the other employees golf time. When I asked if I could be fitted. I was told to play more golf. I can't help to think that I was being brushed off. Bad business practices. And no commission.When an customer is being told that it will be 40.00 to be fitted and to go play more golf befor buying a $700.00 set of clubs . Maybe it would help pay the employees wages and keep the lights on just food for thought.

Do not buy clubs here you will not see them till the next year. Their site promotes 3-4 weeks, it’s a lie. I recommend any other sites that sell clubs they are more reliable.

Went in looking to replace my baseball umpire shirt and was told they don't carry them but they do carry soccer , basketball and football referee shirts. Does baseball not need umpires to play? I don't understand...

(online purchase) when I called customer service because my order kept canceling I got restricted for no reason they asked my phone number and I accidentally said the wrong one and do they have no other way to verify the identity???
