Gentleman upfront was extremely rude and seemed bothered and annoyed when asked for assistance and when he was paid for services. Will not do business here again or recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff doing quality work! Being new to mountain biking, it was nice to have the staff teach me some things. They walked me through how to set up my tires and never made me feel d*** or rushed. I really appreciate the help and look forward to purchasing more products from them!

We were travelling through Idaho and had a flat tire and stopped by East Fork for a tire repair. They did accommodate us and fixed the tire promptly and charged us a fair price. Unfortunately when we got to Twin Falls (2 hours down the road0, the tire was flat and the bike never left our bike rack. We found a bike shop in Twin Falls and they fixed it and it has stayed fix. We called East Fork and they apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a complete refund.

Top notch bike shop. I have been using this shop for a couple years and have always had both excellent service and work done on my bikes. The owner Ty is super laid back (and usually there) and the employees, esp Josh, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and mellow. I just bought a mtb there recently; they have been great with that process (no pressure, fair price, modifications, etc). These guys are also very respectful. I switched to this shop after having a string of negative experiences at the prominent gear shop in town: poor mechanical service on top of being dismissed by the Dudes working there. East Fork is the opposite. Highly recommended.
