Nobody showed up at the location even after conforming over phone in advance. Ended up wasting several hours. The concerned person picked my call once, said he will see of he can send someone but then never called back, stopped responding to repeated calls. Call center was of no help either. Extremely poor service.

Terrible experience. Was at the counter at 6:30pm when it was supposedly staffed. No one was there. Called the number provided at the desk 6 times and no one answered. Waited until about 7:30pm thinking they would show up once the flight landed, but no one ever showed. Was not able to pick up my reservation and had to get another car elsewhere. I do not recommend renting from this location.

Great service. Staff always treats me like I'm their favorite customer! I'm able to pick up and get on the road car quickly. Returning is easy, my receipt is emailed and accurate. Cars are clean and problem free.

Easy to Pick Up, car was in perfect conditions. Fast drop off, no contact. Everything worked well on my 2 days rental.

Horrible customer service, over sold both locations. Workers never answer phone. I'd strongly recommend not renting from them unless you want a list of excuses when you speak to someone.

Nobody to answer the phone. I've never before this called a rental car company that had no answer and no answering machine.
