Deliveried my Double sink bathroom vanity which I purchased from Lowes.
The driver left a note on the receipt.
( I apologize I was told I have to deliver it.
Your item was damaged in transit please call our office. ) Called the office number told it was not ESTES problem. It was my and Lowes problem. Sorry about your issues. Not very good customer service. Why would you waste time and money even loading an item with such damage. One of the vanity sinks was in 4 pieces. The crate was a disaster.
Well they tried to deliver the
replacement double sink vanity I ordered
From Lowes. My wife luckily caught the driver in our driveway. The crate was on its side and the vanity damaged. They didn't unload this vanity. Boy what a failure for the second time.
Lowes says they will get it staightened.
Out tommow. All Estes could do was tell me the website I need to go to and fill out a bunch of forms. Then email them to their address. Their customer service does not exist.
Was going to order from Home Depot but I read they use this same trucking company. Right now I don't know what I'm going to do.
WISH ME LUCK

While I understand that curbside delivery means that they aren't going to put the packages in the back yard, the delivery driver left the huge boxes that weigh over 400 lbs in the middle of my driveway so that I could not get my car out to take my daughter to work. I asked the driver to move the boxes over a few feet so I could get my car out of my garage, and he made very rude comment and left us with a huge problem and my daughter late for work.
I would not recommend this delivery company to anyone.

Incompetent drivers, Incompetent management, over priced sub par service wouldn't recommend this company to deliver a toothpick. When a company gives you an appointment from 8am to 4pm fails to deliver fails to inform you they arent coming and then wants to have you do it again, I didn't order cable I order items that are time sensitive as well as temperature sensitive, your GM AND DRIVERS should find a job they could do better such as flipping burgers. Awful awful company...

Driver almost killed me and my 80 year old aunt yesterday truck number 483262 at one point I was under the truck in my car luckily there was no one behind me I was able to put it in reverse very quickly he did stop matter of fact he sped up, I feel that it is important to right a review about this person in fear of that he will kill someone else driving this way, who knows if this will do any good or not!

Just watched your driver leaving Home depot of Idaho Falls at 340pm scrape thru a tree and yell at a driver who's is also getting unloaded for how he parked. I asked the other trucker, All he had to do was get out of his truck and communicate and the other driver would have moved. Petty white guy with shaved head.

They like to falsely post a job and tell you they're interested in you. Then after you take the time to fill out their egregious application, you call and check in a few days later and supposedly they've hired someone else. Even though the job posting is still up. If you ask recruiter Yvonne, she knows exactly what this is about. She's also very rude. Dont work here. Dont waste your time.

As a person who has worked in the wholesale industry for 20+ years, I have seen dozens of freight companies. My experience with Estes began with 3 truck loads of shower doors to a hotel here in Idaho Falls. The first load had half a dozen broken doors and looked like the trailer was used in an episode of Nitro Circus in a drift competition. The next 2 subsequent loads also had broken doors. Freight has a way to get broken, and many times it's a one off issue. Going through their freight claim process is an absolute nightmare, and structured in such a way that is probably turns many people away from doing the claims. Since the shower door incidents, at least 25% of all loads brought to us by Estes have at least some damage, literally to the point that when they pull in to the yard we hope it's nothing too important because something will be damaged. We have gotten PVC fittings on pallets that had torn boxes, pieces of broken pallets stuck in the boxes, faucets where the boxes look like they got ran over by the forklift that was loading them. It has gotten ridiculous and although I have no choice is who a shipper uses, I would personally drive a pallet across the country before I used Estes. Even the drivers seem to know that half of stuff in their truck is likely going to be broken and try to scurry off before damage is noticed or they get confronted again about more damage.
