Fedex is the worst, a person can't even get connected to anyone in the facility by phone. What a joke. Going to start going through UPS they are a better company to deal with they answer your calls and deliver packages when you set a schedule with them. This I know for a fact cause I've dealt with them for years. So I recommend UPS for all you guys that like to order online if UPS is available to deliver your package. It's no wonder Fedex is slowly going under, Amazon is even more reputable than these jokers!!!!!

Many people don’t realize that the drivers at FedEx, don’t actually work for FedEx, they work for an independent contractor who owns the vehicles, this facility however is great about letting me be able to pick up my packages rather than having it delivered. If people are having issues with the driver, then they should take that up with the independent contractors and not this facility, which has no control over how they deliver.

I needed my package the day it was meant to be delivered, and was up waiting for it all morning. They didn't even try to deliver it. No knock or anything, just a slip on the door saying no one was home. Do you want me to sit outside my house on a chair waiting for you or something? Then I called every place labeled FedEx in town only to get the same unhelpful robot. Then I visited every FedEx place in town and no one could tell me where to go. By the time someone told me I needed to go to FedEx ground on the opposite side of town, they were closed. Never ever use FedEx if you can avoid it! This is far from the first time a package has been delivered late, or not delivered at all.

Continually drops off packages doesn’t knock. Leaves them in random places. Says they left them by the garage. When we don’t have a garage! We’ve had 1 driver knock and that’s because the box was so damaged he wanted to assure us it wasn’t his fault. And to see if we wanted to refuse the delivery.

Working here sucks. They told me they would work with my school schedule, and they lied to me about that. They never make you feel like you do a good job and the expectations they have are out of this world don't destroy your body working for then and the tutrion reimbursement their is a joke because the process is pretty wack. I tried to make this job work for about a year and couldn't. The coworkes there are also pretty spotty

Fedex multiple failed attempts to get my package. First attempt, was that were closed… not closed. Second attempt…. Well not even attempted, they just decided it is inconvenient to deliver today… will see if they can do the job tomorrow… I have my doubts. Fedex and especially fedex ground out of Pocatello is a joke.

The tracking detail for this shipment from Chewy has shown that it has arrived at the Pocatello facility three times and been sent out for delivery three times. Still no delivery. The tracking details say it was not delivered due to inclement weather. However it has not snowed and the roads have been clear everyall three days.

Never even attempted to deliver documents. When I inquired, they had destroyed docs. Have to have company resend items.

I had a package that was supposed to arrive on Friday. Friday came and the tracking switched to Saturday. ok, not terrible, I'm patient and things happen. Saturday comes and the last notification was that it wasn't even in my state but it was supposed to be at my house that day? sure. I called FedEx and they told me that the trailer with my package wasn't even scheduled to be unloaded until Sunday morning! At this point, I asked if I could just come to pick it up. Keep in mind the pick-up location is an hour from me. The FedEx rep said yes! and Sunday morning I drove down to more disappointment. The warehouse told me it wasn't scheduled to be unloaded until MONDAY! and that they don't know who told me that it would already be unloaded. I drove an hour for them to say sorry. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up from Walgreens because I already took 2 days off work to sign for a package that never showed.

Numerous delayed deliveries lying saying customer wasn’t home/available. Very next day said it would definitely be delivered only to have it updated to say inclement weather between Pocatello and Idaho Falls. It was 30* and blue skies!Packages are left in the middle of the driveway instead of front door! Call back local customer service is non existent! I have video of packages being thrown about 15’ to the porch.

Fed Ex did not deliver a valuable package, Excuse was they could not find my house. funny they delivered packages before and after the expensive package was to arrive. I watched on tracking it leave Pocatello out on truck for delivery then return to Pocatello three times. they would not allow me to drive to pocy to pick it up. I feel that the delivery person wanted my package and took it. why else would all other deliveries make it to my house and not the expensive one? Never choosing Fed Ex to deliver no matter how cheap they are!

I have never had as terrible an experience with shipping anywhere as I have with the pocatello FedEx branch.I've been lenient with shipping delays because of COVID-19, though many of the delays I've had seen excessive, my true issue lies with the lack of professionalism on the part of the employees here.First, there is no easy way for me to contact the local branch because the phone number leads you to the national automated hotline. With unintuitive commands, it is difficult for me to speak with a real person who can address my complaints here.Next are two individual instances this last week which solidify my disdain for FedEx. I had an important package scheduled for delivery and cancelled plans as I needed to be there to immediately get the delivery. Sitting by the front door, I get a notification from FedEx saying they had attempted a delivery and would reschedule for the next day. There had been no attempted delivery because I had been there the entire time. The inability to do their job is astounding. I had to come to this office to pick it up myself because of the driver's apathy towards their job.Finally, I had a second package scheduled for today. This was delivered finally, but the way it was is incredibly irresponsible and childish. It was left in the middle of the staircase leading up to the floor where my apartment is. This gets a decent amount of foot traffic and if I hadn't picked it up immediately was likely to be stepped on and broken.How hard is it to spend an extra 30 seconds to a minute to ensure your customer gets their package? What kind of message does it send when you refuse to do what you were paid to do? These are what I want every employee here to consider. And for everyone else, I'd highly recommend never using FedEx again
