Small business copier and IT support can be a difficult thing to find, especially in a small town like Pocatello! We have been so happy with the service that we receive from Fisher's. We purchased a new copier and service plan with them and it was a breath of fresh air working with them. They made the whole process easy, provided us a loaner copier until our new copier came in, followed up and brought in cookies to let us know that they hadn't forgotten about us (supply chain issues), invited us to informative webinars, provided training to our employees on our new equipment and provided upfront, fair pricing right out of the gate. Shout-out to all the great people we have been working with over there: David Stephens, Tim Theim, Aaron Brighton and Jim Hammon.
