This is the worst pharmacy. They never answered the phone. They only keep your prescriptions for seven days and then tell you that you have to go call back and get them refilled again when you can’t get there to Pick them up. Will change pharmacy soon. How can they even call this customer service? If you can’t answer the phone, then hire more people!!!

This is the worst pharmacy in town. They text and tell you your refills are ready to fill and 5 days later they tell you oh those will be ready after 3: 30 TOMORROW! I have been without my blood pressure meds and thyroid( both very common) meds for 6 days now. Worst . Do not rcommend!

I just love going here! Austin is just the best and working with all the technicians is so lovely. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone else! But I had a better time at Walmart, so everyone else should go to that pharmacy instead. I also hear that Ed Snells is excellent for those with many complicated prescriptions!

I have to physically drop off my prescription. Then, on day it's ok to fill and use, I have to call them and ask them to fill it. First of all, the phone rings and rings and rings and rings more. It's like I'm not a customer. Once in a while they will even hang up on me instead of picking up!!! If it wasn't for the great cash pay discount they find for me, I would never ever go there. Their groceries are way too expensive for me and my family. I have to shop where it's still expensive but doable. I don't see the pharmacy as very professional. Pro's don't hang up on customers or let the phone keep ringing.

They won't fill your prescription until you call or head in to pick it up. Then tell you it's going to be another hour before it's filled.
My Dr sent Fred Meyers my prescription two days ago and I was watching the progress on the app. Nothing progressed until I called.

The staff are nice, but I've had 2 separate issues now where I've called to refill a prescription, the tech I speak to says they'll have it ready by a certain time, the time passes, I call to see how much longer, and they say they don't even have it in stock and they'll have to order it in. If I could be told my prescriptions weren't in stock when I call in the first place that would be great. Also there have been several occasions where I've tried to use the automated system to refill and the pharmacy didn't get the refill request at all.

I have to call the pharmacy pretty often as a part of my job and today I have been connected to the pharmacy 3 times and they keep hanging up on me. Horrible customer service.

They took my prescription at 2 pm then at 730 pm when I went to get it, they didn’t have my “meds” I stock. It’s a joke. Big pharma is a joke along with every pharmacist in this town.

Terrible experince here, the techs do not stop and listen to questions or concerns. I am not an expert in medicine, they are suppose to be. Get attitude when I am in need of medication that is to help me feel better.
Went today to get steroids and prep for a Colencoscippy. The lady there was speaking in a biting way and not answering my question about the medication I needed. I only knew what the medication was for not the long technical name of it. I am sitting at a solid 8 out of 10 pain level and the last thing I need is a tech to start giving attitude because i am asking for my medication.
I am trying to move to another pharmacy that actually treats people well and understands that I am there for what I need. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

There's a reason this pharmacy has EARNED such a low rating. Understaffed and overloaded, they sorely need to either expand or frankly lose enough business that they can keep up. Their level of service suffers because they're just juggling too many customers.
