Best experience I've had buying from a dealership! They suggested a financial institution to get the best possible interest rate and were right. They topped off our new vehicle with gas for us (it was half empty)! They were kind and I felt they were really trying to help us out. Thank you Sheldon and Kenny!

It was a pleasure working with Cory. I was in a situation where I felt like I was having to settle with a car I just didn’t like. He listened to my concerns and helped me. He explained how everything worked with Fresh Start and made me feel at ease. He took my information and was able to get me a nice car and kept it within my budget. This place needs some help.
Sheldon was the sales guy I spoke to.
They are trying to sell a car that has been wrecked for the same price as a car that hasn't been wrecked. They knew that there was repairs done on the vehicle but I was not made aware of it until I asked for the car inspections. The 2018 Toyota they are trying to sell has been wrecked ... just a heads up to anyone looking at it.
When discussing the price, I was accused of "taking offense to everything" and then he hung up on me. I was simply sharing my view on the CarFax and other things, I don't even understand how I can take offense...
Do not shop here if you're looking for trust worthy cars and people. Because you won't find it.

They are an amazing place to get a new car!! They really take care of you there and find the right car to fit you.They even check, though it to make sure there's no problems before you take it off the lot.

Kenny is an amazing guy and all I can say is that he has changed my life. Ive been struggling for the past couple of years. I'm on a very limited fixed income and he somehow made it work and got me into a great car. A huge thanks to everyone at Fresh start. I was so overwhelmed I cried a little on the drive home. Purchased a 2014 ford fusion for my son, they stated it was owned locally by a car detailers wife, stated it was inspected by fresh start mechanics. Surprisingly they didn’t notice a rear seal leak, car lasted 5 months and now needs a new motor and turbo, purchased a warranty through the bank which will only cover what the car is worth now, which is 3875 and repairs estimated at 9369.Fresh start gets the vehicle in good enough running condition so that no problems are reported during test drive, which should have been noticed during the inspection, drive 8 hours to get screwed on a locally owned vehicle. Do not recommend this place and owner was very rude when speaking to him on this issue. This place does not consider the customers best interest and only out to get the money from the bank, as long as they get paid, screw the working person as long as they sell a vehicle.
