Gold's Gym Pocatello is a large 24/7 facility featuring state-of-the-art equipment, a good mixture of free weights and machines, and many amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, childcare, racquetball, and basketball courts. The equipment is consistently in good condition and functional, and the locker rooms are very clean with staff cleaning throughout. The atmosphere is comfortable, pleasant, and uncomplicated, where everybody does their own thing. While it can feel overcrowded at times, members generally find others to be friendly with a smile and a nod. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The group exercise teachers are awesome, fun, and lead much-loved classes. The owners are very active in the community. For those switching from other gyms, it offers a pretty good experience with newer equipment that works muscles effectively. Overall, it provides a great workout in a well-maintained facility with many perks, making it worth checking out.
