I went there maybe a week or two ago and there was a nice lady who helped me, i just can't remember her name!! next time i go thru there i will get her name and write another review on how great her customer service was!

Amy was engaging and willing to answer my questions, from my first interaction by phone, upon my arrival to the store on Quinn, and throughout my service experience. She spent time providing education and kept me informed and offered her assistance even after the conclusion of service on my truck. A very positive experience overall!

We were traveling thru and needed an oil change. The staff greeted us and got us in line to do the oil change. It did take us some extra time to get done but everyone was friendly and helpful.

You can tell that they really care about customer service here. Amy did a really good job of taking care of my car. On top of that, they were able to diagnose (within 5 seconds of opening the hood) why my oil was leaking. They were very knowledgeable. Everyone had a good attitude. It was a very good atmosphere and overall positive experience. Would recommend coming here!
