No longer seems to accept walk-ins. It also appeared to be men stylists only. I've had great male stylists in the past. They need to have a sign telling potential customers about their change.

I accompanied my mom to get my little sisters haircut on the 9th. My sister will be 14 this month, and she has special needs. Kelsey did her cut, and while she was patient and didn’t complain when it was difficult, she did not say a single word to my sister the entire time. My sister was chatting the whole time about her hair cut, and labeling different things the woman was grabbing or holding. I think this behavior is unacceptable. If she was 14 years old without a disability Kelsey likely would have been responding because that’s just what you do. I don’t know if she simply doesn’t know how to interact with kids who have special needs, but if not, she needs to learn. I am highly disappointed and have recommended a hair stylist to my mom and advised her to not go back to Great Clips.

Really crappy service it sucks that you can’t go somewhere and get a decent haircut not great with kids got flustered when my son moved once and said it’s going to be uneven instead of making my son comfortable and talking to him she looked at me to tell me it’ll be uneven get more training before you cut more hair you left my kids hair all butchered and my lil girls hair uneven as well unfortunately my stylist was out of town so I had to come here. My son has never moved with my stylist she’s always done such a great job same with my daughter you need to learn sociable skills and train on haircuts def wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I asked the stylist if they knew how to work with curly hair her response was I been doing hair for 30 years. So what she obviously did not know how to work with curly hair the cut is uneven the mushroom affect worse than before with a single layer at the bottom and I asked for a trim she cut off three inches and My bangs are crooked not satisfied at all actually very upset about it, don't say you know how to work with curly hair if you don't know how. Three inches is devastating for someone with curly hair 😢

My stylist had poor hygiene and rushed my haircut. My hair is not what I wanted and is butchered, guess I’m wearing a hat to Thanksgiving this year.

Took my daughter in and she had a major hairstyle change in mind. She wanted to be a little edgy. Danny took so much time styling her hair to get the cut and style just right. I’ve had some bummer experiences in chains before (I understand the concept of getting what you pay for), but this time the amount of care and effort he put in had her leaving joyfully and feeling like she was heard. She even gushed that she felt they bonded during their stylist convo. I will definitely be seeking Danny out for future cuts when possible!

I haven’t had any experience with most of the stylists here, but I cannot recommend Krystle enough! She is so talented and so patient, I’ve had her do my kiddo twice now- once at 3 months old and again at 5 months old. His hair was in his eyes and ears and she did an amazing job trimming it up while he was a wiggle worm! She made me feel cared about as a first time mom and made sure not to take too much off, or make him look older and not like my cute baby (I was very nervous for his first hair cut- but I am a loyal customer to her now!) Thank you Krystle!

The ladies working there were very professional and good at their jobs, the lines move quickly and the app is easy to use, I definitaly will be coming back to this location
