Sam Culbertson is AMAZING, she went completely out of her way to fix my son’s hair after someone ruined it. She made it look better than I thought she could. I 1000% recommend taking your kids to her! She is definitely the only person my son will go to from now on.

Thank you to Samantha Culbertson at Image Designers Salon! She gave my 3 year old son such a handsome haircut. He dislikes getting his haircut and she was so kind, patient, professional, and the results were awesome! We will definitely be going back to her!

I’ve been going to Sheridan(the WONDERFUL nail tech) for about 4-5 months now and I look forward to every appointment. Everyone is fun, professional and VERY welcoming. I usually hate going to Salons because I feel the atmosphere is usually so tense but not at Image Designers! All of the clients and artists here are just like old friends! Also very affordable. I will never go anywhere else for my nails💖

I found my family hair stylist! Samantha is amazing! I looked everywhere for someone to cut my little boys hair and I finally found the right person. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible experience. Was shocked at the inflated price at checkout, (almost $200) and even contacted the owner afterwards. All I got was a "sorry", no attempt to fix the damage to my hair (not that I would go there again anyway), no attempt to repair anything. I've been getting these particular services for over 4 years, and this was my worst experience ever. "sorry" doesn't fix my hair damage, the horrible "trim" I received, and the 2 hours I spent for an appointment, (at 3 separate stylists in the past 4 years I never spent over an hour at an appointment). I wasn't only charged an hourly rate, but a per extension piece to replace them. My particular extensions require 2 pieces to make ONE COMPLETED EXTENSION. They charged me for EACH INDIVIDUAL PIECE. Basically they charged me DOUBLE for each piece, on top of the hourly rate! And washed my hair 4 times! Guess it all adds to the "hourly" rate. NOT RECOMMENDED for ANY services. I placed a complaint with the state it was so bad. And many headbands will be in my future. I think my 6 year old does her Barbie's hair better than this place did.***update in 2022… I considered that potentially this was a harsh assessment and decided to review the pictures I took following my appointment. NOPE. I still have extensions, and I have quality service where I go currently. In response to the owner, for someone who pays $500 for the hair extensions alone, it wasn’t the $200 cost, it was the damage to my hair and the repair and extension fix a week later that was frustrating. I don’t recall any offer to fix it at all (note my original review). Obviously, extensions cost money but it shouldn’t cost more to fix what the stylist messed up.

Sam did a fantastic job on my mom's hair. She likes a sassy short cut, and it has been difficult to find someone who does it right. Sam not only did a great cut and color, she was fast and pleasant to visit with during the appointment.
