I've been a member of Lookout CU for about 15 years now and they are by far my favorite place to do financial business! Brandi Hill is absolutely a stand out to work with! She made the loan process stress free, simple, and quick. She made me feel like a gold star client and went way above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you so much to Brandi and Lookout CU for taking excellent care of their clients. It's refreshing and will be bringing us back again and again.

Had the great pleasure of working with the most helpful Loan Officer today at the 707 South 9th Branch. Brandi H. went above and beyond in every way for our family to help us with Signature Loan. While taking a loan out at any given time can be stress-filled during best of times, Brandi made the process so easy for my wife and me and I am deeply grateful for her excellent professionalism and follow-up.

everyone one of the staff members at Lookout on 9th ave make your experience great!! They take the time to answer questions and be of assistance even when it means them going out of their way. Seriously can’t recommend them enough!

I always have a great experience with Brandi when I have any questions with my accounts and have to do any changes. I had to also get an emergency loan one day for a family member and Micah did it for me while I was there. The tellers are always great and friendly with everyone that walks in the door.

I was very pleased with my service! I went into the branch on campus because I had an issue with my account, and the branch manager, Brandi, was extremely helpful. She immediately took care of the issue and followed up with me a few days later to ensure everything was OK. I was very impressed and truly appreciated her going above and beyond to make sure my situation was fully resolved. The entire experience was handled with professionalism and care—Thank you….I highly recommend!

Brandi, the branch manager is such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and super helpful. She helped me find the right loan for me and also had the best advice when it came to shopping for vehicles. I ran into financial hardship with my auto loan because of a severe disability and fell behind. I made everything right and got caught up when my financial situation stabilized. But then they threw every fee they could at me. I paid the fee (hundreds of dollars) for the lapse in insurance but it was still charged to the monthly fee and now there’s some other issue going on with it and they aren’t very nice about anything. Then there’s the $5 they kept charging me for an "incorrect address" but the address was correct. The USPS has nothing to do with me. When money is taken from someone for illegitimate reasons, it's like stealing. When does agreeing to a contract cross the line with what someone can get away with? But they gave that money back only because I brought it up.I was also told "Oh your vehicle is out for repo" and then they paused like I was supposed to react. I didn’t have the money. Or am I supposed to panic or be afraid or something? I’ve been through hell and back several times with the fear of death on a daily basis. The attempted scare tactics don’t bother me. They could have repossessed it anytime, I even offered to drop it off and would have made everything right because of my failure to pay. That’s on me, regardless of the reasoning. But Then they charged me a fee of over $600 for some mileage fee a week later for it being out for repo. It's just another money sucking fee on some paper somewhere that they can get away with. I know this because I worked for a honest towing company previously. But I wasn’t notified about the repo until the day I called to catch up my bill the previous week. Kind of shady. I'll be attempting to refinance with Navy Federal asap. I would stay on the lookout for “Lookout”. Stay away from this “credit union”.

I have been with Lookout since it was ISU Credit Union. In life there are hiccups Lookout has been a great partner through these. One of the smarter things I did was leave the big banks behind.

Wow! I am so impressed! I called about a loan for a home improvement project and a few hours later the money was in my account. It was that easy. Brandi Hill is amazing! She was so friendly and professional! She is very knowledgeable and gets it done! Thank you so much Brandi for taking the stress out of the banking portion of my project! I love Lookout credit union. I have been with them for a few years now an have been a very satisfied customer. They have such great customer service and are always so friendly. That is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work Lookout CU!

I've used Lookout for years. They have always been very friendly and very helpful. Every Easter I get 2 dollar bills and Sacagawea dollars to put in Easter eggs. They will look through the dollar coin rolls for them if they need to. Always willing to help.I needed a loan for a side by side and they went the extra mile to help me get it. Brandi was super helpful and made sure every step and detail was taken care of ASAP. Definitely ask for her for loan assistance. She really tries to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommend. ?
