Wow! I am so impressed! I called about a loan for a home improvement project and a few hours later the money was in my account. It was that easy. Brandi Hill is amazing! She was so friendly and professional! She is very knowledgeable and gets it done! Thank you so much Brandi for taking the stress out of the banking portion of my project! I love Lookout credit union. I have been with them for a few years now an have been a very satisfied customer. They have such great customer service and are always so friendly. That is hard to find these days. I've used Lookout for years. They have always been very friendly and very helpful. Every Easter I get 2 dollar bills and Sacagawea dollars to put in Easter eggs. They will look through the dollar coin rolls for them if they need to. Always willing to help.I needed a loan for a side by side and they went the extra mile to help me get it. Brandi was super helpful and made sure every step and detail was taken care of ASAP. Definitely ask for her for loan assistance. She really tries to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommend. ?

I have banked with lookout credit union for 19 years and every single time I go there they are always so friendly and kind. It has a warm inviting feel. They are always willing to help with any problems I have and address it with a smile. If you need a bank, I would recommend them.

Brandi was instrumental in helping me with a complicated wire transfer to Denmark. It had a tight deadline, and I was given insufficient information from the recipient, but she helped to complete the transfer successfully, helping both me and a dear friend!Thank you for your extra time and attention to customer service!

Very nasty staff and predatory practices they are unfriendly to students. Don't deal with abuse from this business the greed is steaming from their pores. Be weary and do your research before signing anything. If I could give a zero I would.

Lookout is a fantastic local resource. They had the most competitive rates we found on home and vehicle loans. When issues arise their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address the issue. Ask for Brandi or Camille for high quality service at the ISU branch.

Denied a loan that was half the size of a previous one, that never missed a payment and was even paid off early, “Good” credit rating on the breach of excellent even, due to debt to income ratio?? Spare $150-200 a month?? Computer programs do not calculate my iron will to thrive and not just survive. (yes I went there) What “barely above poverty line” person, not to mention the middle class currently feeling the heat, that actually cares about their financial status, isn’t running close to broke on a monthly basis?New online app sucks, Now I’m locked out of my banking account because their servers went down but failed to notify me of such, so me trying to log in with my information multiple times while their servers are down, locks me out??????? Dropped the ball when you dropped the ISUCU name in my opinion. If it wasn’t tied to my student financial aid back when it was apart of ISU, I would be closing my account here.Their customer service is nice, employees appear clean and friendly, but the actual services they are allowed/capable of providing are failing IMO.

Amateur hour never ends at this place. Their website server consistently goes down, leaving you unable to access your banking. Most recently, it was down again. I was sent an apology email saying it should be back up shortly. I returned to the site to find I was locked out for trying to unsuccessfully access it earlier while it was down. It prompted me to reset my password using forgot password function. I changed my password only to get a message saying unable to process request, please call. I called the number and waited on hold for several minutes. It finally rang through . . . and then just kept ringing. No one answered. Their website does not work, and no one will answer the phone. Unfortunately, this not the first, second, or even third time I've encountered something similar to this experience. Multiple times. I would never bank with them on purpose.

Where do I start....DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! I have a credit card with my old bank that shut down and now lookout has it. I am currently dealing with fraud on my credit card and they transferred me to the fraud department. While going through the automated line, it had me to input my credit card number. Fine, but then when I have someone on the line, I need to give them my WHOLE credit card number because they couldnt see any information. I am super confused cause I was given a case number FROM LOOKOUT and they should be able to look it up with that but I guess not nor would they want that information. Also i have been given different numbers for the fraud department to reach out if i have any questions. From the sounds of everything so far (and still dealing with fraud), lookout credit union does now have their own fraud department for this situation. I have recieved barely any help, just transfers between departments that keep giving different information. I also updated my mailing address and apparently it's not updated or the fraud department can't see it, but they can see my old address. So I am gonna have to wait until they open their office and give them a call to make sure my address is updated, also to make sure that i can get updates. Do not go through this bank at all, it's caused nothing but pain and misery.
