Jones Sew & Vac is a family-owned business with over 50 years of service, now operating stores in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Boise. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, always bending over backwards to assist customers. The repair technicians work hard on very dirty jobs fixing vacuums and sewing machines, and they try to answer any questions.
Customers report wonderful experiences, finding great value and outstanding prices on excellent equipment. They are happy to help with items like cords for vintage sewing machines, often having parts in stock and installing them. Many will not go to anyone else for repairs or new purchases, as machines are returned running like new. The business also offers classes, such as a beginning quilting class described as fun and educational with amazing, well-prepared teachers who provide positive feedback and helpful direction. Overall, they are considered a great store with great folks.
