Terrible and untrustworthy dealership / sales staff. Purchased a T880 with 271k miles on it that I was told just came in off lease and was fresh out of the shop with no issues. They offered a delivery option but it took over three weeks for them to get it to me. That was the least of the issues though. Once the truck arrived, it was discovered the driver side window wouldn’t work. Turns out the complete door module was shot and needed replaced. Also discovered the A/C was not cooling. Upon attempting to charge the system, we discovered the compressor had an actual hole right in the middle of the housing and was completely shot. To make matters worse, the truck showed up over 5 quarts low on oil after a 850 mile delivery drive. The engine has excessive blow-by and is in need of a rebuild soon. The transmission also threw two error codes within the first day of driving. This was an $84k truck that was purchased from a Kenworth / Paccar sanctioned dealership. That’s not the kind of issues you expect to run into when buying from anyone honest, much less a dealership.
After contacting the salesman (Logan Carr) in an attempt to at least get them to send me the parts to repair the truck and question them about it being ran through the shop, I was told there was nothing they could do, they couldn’t verify it was ran through the shop, and the salesman had not personally checked the function of the truck before communicating its condition to me. He was to ask his manager if there was anything they could do, and he replied that they were not willing to offer any assistance.
I highly recommend staying away from this dealership and especially think twice before buying a used truck that “has been through the shop with all issues fixed”. A completely untrustworthy disgrace of a Kenworth dealership in my honest opinion.

Needed a tow and it was the weekend. So had to wait until Monday morning. They found the problem and had me going before 10 am. Reasonable price and excellent service techs.

My husband had a cracked suspension bracket on his trailer while no where near home. He happen to call for some advice and service said that they had a welder that can help. He was told that he can come right then. Couldn’t believe they could jump right on it. Anyway, the repair was amazing and they didn’t take us to the cleaners. We got home and had to fix a bit more on the suspension and another shop couldn’t believe what an amazing job that was done. Great shop, great people. Thank you for taking care of us!!!

Drove all the way from Casper Wyoming because not only do they have the parts I need in stock but they also have amazing prices! Staff was very friendly and informative and treated me the owner operator like I was a big Fleet. I will gladly buy parts here again!

Breakdowns happen - it is usually a crisis as other people are counting on us to get their product delivered. And it is usually far from the home shop. A very vulnerable position to be in. We reached out to Kenworth - Pocatello in our hour of need. It was like working with a neighbor. These guys did everything they could to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road asap. And they did it in a reasonable way, taking care of our wallet as well. Five star experience for sure. Don't hesitate to reach out to these guys.

For the most part, they have been good to work with. When dropping off the guy is lack lister is service, but the techs I have talked to after the work is preforms have been very nice and dumbed things down for me so I understand what happened and how to avoid in the future.

Love that my BF is allowed to park and come home. As all truckers know Pocatello area has no/ very limited parking for the overnighter. They used to fix his semi first try and it was right. Now I'm not sure what's going on with the night shift mechanics. Nothing is ever done right even a simple clip or screw missing . A screw that did shut his semi down thankfully he had something to rig it till he got back there. Overall there mechanics part is declining. They are very friendly. I us3d to recommend these guy over the freightliner mechanics in IF.. im notbso sure now.. I hope they step there game back up.

Excellent parts personnel. Josh, with the service department, is outstanding. My only complaint is that their website is hard to navigate or find anything on your own without having to call.
