Always impressed with my service here but Doylean was just exceptial this year. She was very informative, took her time to go through each document and making sure everything was complete and correct, patient in explaining and working through different questions, and so helpful answering my many questions. She took the time to guide us for changes this year that will impact our taxes next year and how we might plan and do things this year with that in mind. I did not feel rushed or that my concerns were bothersome. Rather, we spent over 2 hours together and that makes a difference in how I feel and why I continue to come each year.

Carol Campau did my taxes this year! She is was great to work with! Her environment was comfortable, she was fast and accurate! I will be returning in the coming years to file with Carol!!

Was advertising that you get a 50 dollar refer a friend bonus but I did not get a refer a friend bonus when I referred a friend. Was told because they chose to give me a discount on my return that I don't qualify for this bonus. Was not told this up front I was told upfront I would get the bonus then here in July Was finally told I don't get it. Poor communication skills and furthermore inaccurate advertising. Will not be doing my taxes with this place ever again nor will I ever refer someone here. I will tell everyone about my poor experience with this place

I like Liberty Tax Services but they are extremely over priced. I should have shopped around a bit more so It is my fault I paid so much. Doylean though, is marvelous! She is excellent at her job. All the people there are great! The only problem I have is they’re extremely over priced.
