I am shocked your service department has 4.9⭐️. We had brought our Jeep in twice for heated seat issues, still giving us issues! Zero communication via text/phone the entire process, we had to keep calling asking for updates. Filled out the score card with the lowest ratings and checked the box “yes I would like a call back pertaining to the score I had given” No follow up call from them. So in turn, we switched to Tadd Jenkins Blackfoot and they diagnosed correctly, ordered the parts and installed. Consumers just beware, this is just my experience hopefully they get better.

Thank you to Amanda the internet girl, she called me after I was interested in viewing trade-ins online over the weekend. She let me know first thing that they had a trade in in my price range and asked if I could come down to the lot. She mentioned that I was the first person they were going to show the vehicle too. I was excited and thrilled to see the trade in that was in my price range, and just the vehicle I was looking for! Upon arrival I was Immediately introduced to a sales rep named Rick Puglia product specialist who I recommend to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Pocatello Idaho. We took the vehicle for a test drive and started the paperwork on the purchase which went smoothly, soon I drove away in my new vehicle ?

Jeannette, the service manager, was awesome!!! We were from out of town and she got us in right away to replace the rear differential bearings on my 3500 truck. I’m not one to go to the dealer for breakdowns but this time I’m glad I did. Highly recommend!!!

They were surprisingly fast, less than 3 hours to change the battery that is located below the passenger seat and to resolve a "check engine" light problem.

I highly recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Pocatello Service Center. I quickly got an appointment time when I called the Service Center, and I was quickly checked-in upon arrival by the very professional Service Advisor. The waiting area was pleasant with complimentary coffee. I have done all my periodic services and maintenance on my 2017 Jeep and have been very pleased with the results. I will continue to have my services done here because the personnel are very caring, professional and knowledgeable.

I've been receiving emails from Ram about taking my truck in for mileage-related maintenance. That is the reason why I drove 50 miles to Lithia. I could get the oil changed in Idaho Falls. I also wanted them to check on the transmission operation and changed wiper blades. The maintenance person informed me I would have to schedule an appointment to check transmission and that would be in about a month. Doing so would mean I would have to drive to Pocatello two more times (maybe). I declined. I can get this service in Idaho Falls. As for wiper blades, after the discussion about transmission, I forgot to tell them to change the blades, my fault. So I drove 100 miles for an oil change. Again my fault. I scheduled my appt online and noted all the items I wanted checked. No one ever read that. And why doesn't Ram keep records of maintenance on my truck? It is ridiculous to have this info at two dealerships rather than a central location. I'm probably not using your service department again.
