Service department would not honor 20 dollars off coupon for oil change taken from thier website because I did not present it up front which seems ridiculous to me; person I spoke with showed me where it says that in fine print. Good practice in the future would be to inform customers up front of monthly specials!

Went there to get service on our car. Sales man showed us the Jeep Mojave one show room floor. We did a test drive and enjoyed ourselves. Checked into buying it. Drove it home.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They lied about the coverage of the extended warranty I purchased. Called them about a repair and was treated like a nuisance. I can't get anyone to follow up and get me the forms I need to cancel the warranty they lied about. I'll never go back here!

Had a great experience with parts and service. We were having problems with our chrysler 300 shaking we were told the shop was out until October but they were nice enough to throw the car on a lift they weren't even going to charge us but they figure out It needed some nuts and bolts for the driveshaft and let us park the car there order the parts and they said they will get it done. We appreciate them getting us done before October!

Went on fb and found suv i liked. Decided to go for pre approval and 2 hours later I was picking up my new to me suv. Amanda was great. She had all the paperwork done just needed signatures. Fantastic experience.

100% ..Definitely don’t buy from here, they’re all smiles and laughs until you have a problem. Brought the car back and they said it was on me to fix it. ( Later found out the vehicle needed a new engine) I had the car for one day. The car was used, and before purchasing it, they guaranteed that it went through their used car checklist for any problems. Now trying to contact someone about the issue has been a real struggle. More interested in making money then helping.

My son bought a used Nissan Murano from Lithia in November 2024 for close to $8,000.
We were offered an extended warranty at the time but the car ran well and they assured us they had done a thorough mechanical check-up and all was well. We thought they were trustworthy and believed them.
The day after we brought it home the check engine light came on. We brought it back and they determined a cylinder was missing and replaced a spark plug wire.
Things continued to get worse. We took it to the Nissan dealer and another mechanic and both told us it needed an engine replacement. He couldn’t afford that so decided he had to drive it as long as he could since he was stuck with it.
Now it has started just quitting while driving and can no longer be relied upon…too dangerous to drive.
He took the car back to Lithia to see how they would back him up and protect their reputation. They would not do anything.
So now he has an $8,000 car good only for scrap after about 8 months.
BE WARNED! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS. If they had done the mechanical check-up they said they did they would have picked up just how bad this was. Personally, I believe they did know but covered it up so they could dump it on someone who mistakenly trusted them.
DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! LITHIA IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
