Connor at the Pocatello store is so amazing!!! We bought a heater there today and it broke 💔 but he made the exchange with a built one. He handled our frustrations and concerns so easily. His customer skills should be acknowledged and he should get a raise.

Worst flooring project experience I have ever heard of and sadly had to be part of. I would 100% not recommend going through them for anything large going in your home. They sold us defective floors to begin with and this wasn't found until after half our carpet was ripped out, along with padding and strips. We had to pick what they had in stock to replace the bad product, which was an entirely different color than what we originally picked. We had to haul our faulty product back and haul our new stuff back to our house, even though we paid for delivery. We were told Monday that they would order our new quarter round and stair noses and exchange products as soon as they came in. Today they stated we had a delivery coming and when they called to do this they said they were just taking the old product back and not giving us anything at this time. I was not okay with giving any product back without a refund or exchange so we had to cancel this. We called the store and was told nothing has been ordered and was told they probably can't rush the shipping and it could take a full week to get these items in. I feel bad for the installer who came in from Salt Lake, who is now stuck waiting for these things as well. This has been the most frusterating process ever. I don't recommend going through this because no one seems to really care besides Nick and Ash.

This Lowes, is super friendly an willing to Match competors prices, you must go to the help desk, in the front of the building, request to speak to the correct manger or store manger for the department your asking in the product your wanting to get, as most store imployees cant help, just let the staff know the area your product is at as long as its the same product (cant be a brand they don't carry), they might match it usually or even sell it at the price they have it at because its on sell, witch can be cheaper because its in bulk, but remember they cant sell all their product at a reduced price, as some stores has to have some stock for other customers, tho if its on sale and they don't have the produtct reduced because your wanting to buy all of what they have in stock, they typically want to get that product off the shelfs (like seasonal products), if for some reason some managers might not allow you to buy all of the product but they may tell you one of their other stores might, if thats the case, I'd highly recommend you ask the manager to call the other store's manager an conferm that they would, just to save you the headache's, of not gettin what you need, the fuel and the possablity the store doeant have enough of it, tho some managers will sell some of their products completely out and offer a discount if its a product that needs to move an it might not sell if its seasonnal, its all abought time an weather and other factors, just remind your self, your locaton can affect what your buying an that alone may or maynot be popular in that area.. Just be smart & ask that store manager before hand if you can and try calling before hand if thats possable :D

I went into the Pocatello Lowes store to buy two toilets and installation for a rental appartment. I found a good price on a reputable brand on clearance. They reported that they didn't have any on hand but they were due to get some in a few days. I paid for them and installation was more than the cost of the toilets. Two weeks go by and I have heard nothing on the order. I went in and the service desk reported that they had arrived but not been scheduled for installation. Another week goes by and still I have heard nothing from Lowes. I go in again and they reported that they won't be getting any in and they offer to cancel the order. Three weeks wasted and nobody could call to tell me that I was due a refund of my almost $700. This is no way to run a business. Unfortunately I wasn't surprised as this wasn't the first time Lowes has sold me what they couldn't deliver. I'm going to have to go through a local plumber for installation as I have lost faith in Lowes.

This store will not impress you. Not sure how they are still in business. Was told a washer/dryer set was available in the back. After the purchase was called and told the washer wasn’t there. Was told it would be there Tuesday. No big deal I can wait a couple days. Now it’s Thursday no call back after trying to track down my order. Now told can’t get it until Saturday. Probably not deliverable until next Tuesday. I cancelled the order. I’d rather try my luck at Home Depot (not much better). Worst experience I’ve had. I’m over it. Cancelled order. And will not return EVER to this store.

Went in to find string trimmer parts for a black and decker they had what I needed. Walmart makes you order it.
