The salesman, Joe, was very helpful.His kindness and courtesy made our visit to Mattress Firm very pleasant. He found a mattress for our 87 year old aunt that was within her budget, and very comfortable!

Excellent showroom for making a big decision on a new mattress. We were looking for something to last a long time and make a big purchase, upgrading from our full size bed to a king size.Rob helped us and was extremely informative, making sure we knew the differences in firmness level, type of mattress, and the best option for our sleep styles as a couple. He took care of us and is so genuine when he says he just wants to help us make the best informed decision while at Mattress Firm or another store if we don't find what we are after while there. We found the perfect mattress for the two of us. He even hung out with our 6 month old so we could try the mattress as a couple and played with the baby. It was so nice!We are very pleased.

This mattress firm has amazing customer service, and we’ve had multiple positive experiences there. Robert is knowledgeable about all of their products and always makes sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. He’s patient with energetic kids, and sassy husbands as well. Jorge has been great to work with as well! This is where we’ll always go in the future to to the great experiences we’ve always had!

My wife and I finally made our big upgrade from our full size bed to a king, and so we wanted to be sure we were getting the right bed for us the first time.Rob showed us all of the bed types, firmness levels, and recommendations for the way we sleep (for example, more edge support). He also went over the construction of the two beds we liked the most, so that we could make sure we got the bed that would still feel right to us years down the line and not just right out of the box. We spent lots of time testing the types of beds and Rob hung out with our infant too. Then we picked the bed, and got all set up with financing and delivery. The bed will be here tomorrow and we are very excited!It was busy in the showroom today but Rob went above and beyond to make sure we were always being served, even though we weren't on a tight timeline, just going that extra step and being so genuine.The bed is a great quality at a great deal and we are super excited to be getting better sleep.

Robert was awesome, he helped us get the perfect bed for my son and made sure we got a great deal. Above and beyond customer service and he was the only employee but managed to help us and other customers, no wait time!! So impressed, will definitely be back

I purchased a mattress in store and as I was making my selection I had much help and assistance from your in store representative Jorge. He was nice and very well informative and had great customer service! He was excellent! I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Pocatello, Idaho.

I've fought for six months to fully receive my refund. Joe, the current manager with his diligence my refund is on its way. He did more in two days than the former manager did in six months. I would now highly recommend them as a business entity in the Pocatello area.

Went in there to look at mattresses with my cousin was greeted by Robert with a warm smile and hello and we both were looking for mattresses and Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions he even let me take a power nap ? he most definitely earned a lifetime customer when I am ready to go through my mattress purchase I will definitely be talking yo him again. Thanks Robert!!

After shopping at multiple mattress stores we chose to buy our Purple mattress from Mattress Firm.Mattress Firm is truly different than the other retailers. They took the time to determine exactly which mattress would be best for us. Not only did they help us navigate which product would be best, they encouraged us to shop around and make sure we were making the right decision. There were never any high pressure sales tactics. They wanted us to make the right decision vs. making the decision right now.They scheduled the delivery of our powered base, mattress and pillows. The installation was very professional and timely. We’ve received follow up texts and calls making sure we were happy with our purchase and it’s obvious they care about their customers.I would highly recommend, Robert and Mattress Firm. This was a significant purchase and the experience was remarkable. Five Stars!

My wife and I had plans to shop at 3 or 4 mattress stores today in Pocatello and our first stop was Mattress Firm. We were immediately cheerfully greeted by Robert. We basically told him that we needed to “hear it all” because we haven’t purchased a new mattress in many years and we knew technology, functionality and options have drastically changed. He was so knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient! He left us with absolutely NO reason to go to any other store, and we are so happy that Robert helped us find the BEST mattress ever!
