My goodness, haha! I travel to Pocatello for work monthly and stay up the hill. I work late nights and usually don’t get off until after midnight. Maverick claims to be 24 hours, but you wouldn’t think so. Every time I go in, I’m either greeted in the most passive-aggressive way possible or there’s just no one there. Anjilyn, I’m sorry for interrupting your floor sweeping! Im sorry for even coming in🤣🤣

Most mavericks have super clean and well maintained bathrooms. This Maverick’s bathrooms could use deep cleaning followed by regular cleaning.

Daniel Tolman is an amazing employee and manager creating a friendly, helpful environment where customers experience top notch service, exceptional quality, clean and orderly stock and inventory. No question that this store on center street next to I-15 is my favorite due to the high level of customer service and care. A few moments with Daniel or any of the employees he inspires and you know things are just a notch above the typical amazing Maverick store! Also, so stoked on their new CEO, yes Crystal Maggelet … genius stores and locations!!

I love this location. Very easy to navigate on and off the freeway. Restrooms are always clean. Gas pumps are always available. Just an all around great stop along this route.

Maverick is normally so clean. The maverick in Clark street in Pocatello Idaho is DISGUSTING! they need to get better managers and they need to clean it. Men's bathroom didn't even have soap. How are the employees washing their hands? Ice machine hasbt been cleaned in months. The syrups need to be cleaned daily.
Today isn't the only day I've seen this. It's every time I go in this maverick.
Fix this! I will change my review w when I see it fixed until that it stays

The lady working at register at 12:30 am walked off on me when I was ready to check out after the rest of my group. And when I didn't hear something she tried to tell me she immediately raised her voice on me, and there was no patience. Im hard of hearing and it was hard for me to understand what she said to me, So I asked for clarification and she immediately ruined my first time buying lottery tickets.
