You selected an excellent team of people that work well eith the custo.ers and take pride in where they work and it shows. There is a difference in a staff that cleans because its mandatory and cleans because they respect where they work and not just because its mandatory.

This store use to be so trashy but it's come a long way with the new remodel and new manager. He is making it come together really well and most the workers are friendly and helpful. Hats off to them for making a trashy place into somewhere I like to go everyday on my way to work.

Whoever was working at 6:45 Am on august 2nd made me extremely uncomfortable to the point i left so fast i didnt look at the nametag, i have multiple facial piercings which he was asking about and it was a nice conversation up until he looked me up and down and asked what else i have pierced, it made me feel absolutely disgusted and I will not be returning to this location

Patrick is the absolute worst! He treats people terrible and wont speak and just points! I sincerely hope Corporate and or Loss Prevention steps in!

This morning at 525 am I went to Maverick to get coffee. I hope they have cameras... the cahier Was standing with his hand down his pants vigorously scratching. I did not see him wash his hands before handling a customers items. Made me want to vomit. I used the self checkout. His first name started with P.. it was very gross to me. Will not be shopping there again. Store on Poline Pocatello

Nice employees. This is one of their older buildings, so there's only one restroom. Their Freebie Friday is not always supported at this location, and employees are not authorized to offer any substitutions. So we usually don't bother going to this location.

I was in there early this morning and a clerk with dark hair and glasses 27-32 years old was so meen to me and belittled me in front of the other customers, I just got in my car and started crying,I'm a regular at this store and all the clerks know me ,and I've even help them deture shoplifters while I was in there,I'm never going there again,no one should ever be made to feel less than.11/29/2024

Seriously done with this place. It sucks! The attendant flipped me off! Its unbelievable! The younger blonde girl that works the evening shifts. Probably shouldn't work customer service. Never had such a bad experience. Do not go there if you want any kind of positive customer service experience or service at all for that matter.

I work midnights . I came into the store on Poleline to buy a snack. At first I thought twice buying anything because the store was very dirty. The floors had dirt underneath the fountain drinks . There are fingerprints omall over the counter( food counter).The sandwiches didn't look appealing so I thought the yogurt would be hard to mess up. I was so wrong
It was horrible . Two blueberries in this thick mess.Clumps of horrible tasting chalk like substance.I could not eat it.After work I brought it back to Maverick on Poleline were I earlier purchased it.The worker at the counter was not helpful whatsoever.Actually he would not give me my money back.Told me I'd have to make a appt with his manager.I work 6 days a week .I would of been a good customer if you had it together more.Its the idea of the matter not the money .I want my money back of course but doing for the customer is always right:.No customer service these days.Very Poor Review Not only ..

Only one bathroom that was not very well maintained and not what I have come to expect from Maverick gas station restrooms. The attendant was very friendly though.

They need to update their fuel prices daily. $4.75 is a lot higher than the $4.17 posted on Google.
