Waited for over an hour to make a payment, only one employee working with people standing in line. I wouldn't suggest coming here to make a payment. It takes 30 min per customer. Poor customer service support.

I am feeling very frustrated with these guys right now. I have been a customer with Metro for the last year and I have been a customer of theirs previously as well. In December I lost my phone and went to get a new one and the person at the store failed to mention that If I had auto-pay withdrawals I would have to cancel that myself. I guess I should have checked up on that. But when I went back into the store to have the issue fixed they refused to refund me the money that was paid on a phone I didn't use for 2 months.

Just went in to get an upgrade and she lies to my face and said they no longer do upgrades and have to pay full price of phone of 239.99 . I just got off the phone with 611 and they said I'm due for an upgrade and it would only be 99 bucks. This place is a joke . Will be switching providers so tired of them

I just left the store. I came in because a promotion online and the girl had the front door locked first of all and second of all she was completely unprofessional and pushy and she acted as if she didn’t want to do her job and she wanted me to go somewhere else totally a waste of time and I would never recommend going to the store ever.

Ladies that work in here do terrible customer service and act like your a burden coming in the store. Would rather call and talk to customer service.

Good luck getting even basic customer service at this store. We chose a different carrier after the rude behavior we were subjected to.
Edit, sent the email per the request of the owner the same day it was requested and have heard nothing back. So I guess while a response from the owner looks good, no one really cares enough to follow up.

It is now May 16th 2024 all day long my Metro PC phone which is a 5G phone which I use unlimited data has been turning off and on from 5G to LTE all day I use 5G unlimited data for my phone and plain internet for my laptop both my phone and the laptop are not working and they're totally separate my phone is a 5G unlimited data is what I use and my laptop I use the regular home internet to Metro PC and still there is no fixing at all I have called customer service twice today and get nothing from them I've called the Idaho falls office and the Pocatello store and they don't have anything wrong with it and it's still at 10:26 p.m. is still doing the same thing it's been doing all day long and I am not getting any answers and this was the only time I've ever had this problem on here from my phone going from 5G to LTE all day long and it's getting disgusted with this company and their phone service the store tells me that I need a new SIM card but how can a new SIM card help both my phone and my internet on my laptop so it doesn't make sense if I need a new SIM card for my phone what is it going to do with my nothing

The Pocatello store at 1105 Yellowstone is very rude!! I tried to upgrade my phone, the price I got online was way different from what they were trying to charge me.. price gouging I think so. So I asked questions an that lady was rude an refused to sell me a phone. So I asked for her name she refused to tell me so I asked for managers name she also refused to tell me. So I left and called 611 and got an agent , I told him what was going on, and I was able to upgrade my phone at a cheaper price, and he helped lower my monthly bill!! So any thing you need from metro pcs stay away from the Pocatello store!!!

the worst phone experiences ever.they are charging me for my insurance on my premium handset protection but when i filed a claim they said they'd send me a new phone but still after 2 weeks they never sent me a phone because they said I never mailed my old one back to them and which I did I put it in the envelope stuck it in the envelope they provided and put it right back in my mailbox ? but they said they never received it so they're not honoring my claim in which I've been paying a premium ever since I did my last claim not to mention my deductible went up from 60 to 120. Plus there's nobody you can talk to that can do anything about anyting I asked Assurant to you have a supervisor call me back he said what time would I like I said in an hour they ended up calling at 4 in the morning. Talk to four different people during the last two three of them said they'd send a phone after they process my paperwork but in my paperwork never got processed unfortunately they finally came up the reasoning that they're not going to send me a phone because they never received my old back

Every single time I have been to MetroPCS store on Yellowstone Ave in Pocatello ID...it has been nothing but Satisfying! The Crew Members are absolutely Amazing! Your Greeted with a Smile & help, with any issues that arise. Very knowledgeable & professional about their products. Help you make decisions without being pushy. I am thankful for the Great Customer Service!, "which" is probably the most important key to return Bussiness. Metro should be proud to have this Team. Keep up the Grrrreat Work. ?❤️

This company has the most unhelpful uninformed customer service agents on this planet. And the 30.00 discount for government service is nonexistentand a complete scam after 5 months of working on it and still no issue resolved
