Do not go there unless you want to be treated poorly and talked down too. The guy (Mike?) kept trying to tell me that my problem was not a real one and he had never heard of that problem before even though he is not proficient in any way in that instrument. He also told me that it must be a cheap instrument if I have that kind of nonexistent problem. I told him I am renting from them and he goes, "oh, I guess we have to make it work right." When he was able to get the stuck part to move he said, "I don't see any problem."he is a lot stronger than me. Curtis is great though.
