I have gone in here several times since we moved here...trying to buy locally instead of online all the time...and this place is perfectly useless. The guy has zero customer service skills, and never has anything in stock. The only thing we have been able to buy there is a floor mat for under an office chair. But unable to purchase: a desk, chair, webcam or printer ink to name a few. The last time we went in was for a webcam, he was too busy chatting with his employee to help us, when we asked what aisle...he told us and I said I didn't see any over there, and asked if there were another spot, he didn't even look up and just said, "I guess I'm out." Pretty much done wasting my time going here. Save yourself the trip and the time. He probably doesn't have what you need/want and more than that...he doesn't care. It's just easier to order online.
