the cashiers said you can’t exchange pajama two piece sets for individual tops and bottoms, but their policy says you can. the first cashier said she would try to price match, then the manager said no. not sure if the manager just didn’t know how or didn’t want to. definitely not the friendliest customer service but glad i at least got a refund.

Kenny (our cashier) was such awesome help, the store was very clean and well stocked! friendly staff, and clean restrooms.

First time walking in, and I was surprised on how big their selection was. They have lots of sizes and options to choose from to fit your style. I got a pair of jeans I liked that I couldn’t find in other stores like Ross or Tj Maxx. The younger lady working in the front was very kind and talkative. They also have good deals and discounts to lower the already high prices. I will definitely come back.

Better to shop online for larger variety, last time I was in the store they directed me to go online for my purchase.

I had to do a an exchange for a purchase I wasn't present for and had no idea how to find the items. I had somewhere I needed to be and the clothes were important for my son to be dressed appropriately. Cortnie, Dylan, and Ethan were Rockstars in helping the exchange run smoothly and quickly. They have good sales sometimes and a large selection of clothing to choose from. The store associates are very helpful and friendly.

New store to Pocatello! Love old Navy. New associates learning the ropes. I needed to exchange an online purchase for a bigger size. She rang the return as full price but fixed it after several attempts.

It's a small store but it has a nice variety of clothes. Prices are comparable to other stores. The store was neat and clean even with Christmas shoppers.
