I showed up with total intention of buying a truck. I’m from out of state so I drove a ways to be there. The truck I looked at was exactly what I needed, drove good and I wanted to buy it. It KBB for $3500 less than they were asking. When I asked them about it, they told me if I wanted to do Kelly blue book i might as well go buy a truck in California… that didn’t make any sense. They said they priced it based off of JD power but wouldn’t show me the JD power evaluation. Anyways there was little to no attempt to work with me or try and sell me a truck. They didn’t say their cost on the truck was high or anything they just said they wouldn’t work with me on price and wouldn’t show me how they figured their price. A shame.

Family run business. I traded in my 1992 F250 for a really nice 2015 F350. I feel as though P and R auto gave me a great deal. And helped me get back on the road

Currently on my third truck from P&R, and I will continue to purchase my trucks through them. Price is always competitive and the vehicle had always been dependable, and all have run well over 200K miles with no issues.

This people are not honest,I bought a 2016 ram promaster van,the transmission have 39 recalls with 56 complains, they tried to fix the defective vehicle, the vehicle as been recall by the manufactured to be unsafe to drive, from day one this vehicle as been in and out of the mechanic, for over 5 times with the same transmission problem, the complete repair will cost me almost $6000 to install a new transmission,I ask this dealer several times or return my money or interchange this vehicle with another vehicle at same value, they are scamer they trick me and sold me a vehicle with 39 recalls,I have a van on my driveway as junk,I lost income because the vehicle as broke down and top of that, and making payments of Almost $1000 a month, for vehicle that I can't not drive,I will contact the idaho attorney General to file a complaint and sue this dealer for fraud..this is not fair....

The guys here are nice and appear to be generally honest. They noted a problem most dealers wouldn't mention and provided the car fax and independent vehicle inspection their lube shop provides, including they had the oil and filter changed. They changed bulbs on the spot that I noted weren't working, so that was positive.Shocks: if the vehicle inspection says shocks are leaking that is about $1000-$2000 (maybe more) depending on shocks and vehicle, so factor that in when you negotiate ... I didn't and had to replace my shocks.Keys: dealer provided two keys that weren't close to original, one was an immobilizer key only (no remote) and the other with remote wasn't for my truck. Ford Dealer quoted $500 for 2 new keys to have keys that match the truck. Found an automotive key company that makes the keys Ford uses and they charged about $200 for 2 new keys including programming and cutting the keys (this dealer should do this in my opinion), so factor that in on price negotiation.Fuel fill: after purchasing, drove across the street to fill and frustration ensued, pump would click off after 50 cents, so painful fill to 30+ gallons (yeah 15-20 minutes or so). Dealer showed up at gas station and when I mentioned it he siad you have to sometimes turn the pump nozzle upside down (uh no). I had seen this before on another vehicle I owned and hoped it wasn't the evap canister ($100-200). I pulled the evap canister and was happy when I pulled it, a mud wasp nest fell out of the vent tube. I blew out the vent tube, inspected the evap canister ports, put the canister back in and voila, filling from empty to full is now normal (couple minutes fill time and no pump clicking off until tank is full).Spare tire: let's just say garbage here. I didn't look at this at all, but should have dropped the spare, since this is another $300-500 problem. Rim was bent so it was not useable as a spare and not sure the tire itself would have gotten me very far if truck was loaded. So, look at this too.
