Bought tv from them guy I bought tv from must be a new young employee was not the greatest but the Lady who's been there awhile was TOTALLY AWSOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE EVEN SOLD ME AND MY FAMILY THE PROTECTION PLAN WITH GREAT POLITENESS MADE ME HAPPY TO BUY THE PROTECTION PLN. Went in a week or two ago to browse and left knowing the staff like we’ve been friends for years. David I believe was his name but everybody in there were super great to talk to and work with. The team at this location is very fair as far as the values they assign to items, and they are all very friendly. A big plus for me is the respect and delicate touch they exercise when handling your property. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. They don’t sell junk like other pawn shops in the area. Prices are fair and competitive with the local market. Having worked for pawnshops in another state I would recommend this place to a friend. My only critiques are: other pawnshop chains have monthly extensions on pawn loans that have hit maturity dates, this could benefit the customer and could be an additional income source for this store. Secondly the layaway terms seem short for more high dollar items like gold, guns, guitars and motorcycles but are perfect for lower cost items like tools and electronics. In my humble opinion a layaway structure based on the price of the item or layaway extensions would be beneficial to the customer and the store.

I’ve been coming to this pawnshop for 10 years now. They have always treated me well and with respect. I could not be more thankful for them helping me out in my time of need. The management is fair and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this shop above the rest.

One time I went into this store and all 4 employees who were there immediately greeted me at the same time from different spots around the store. None of them said Jinx or counted to 10 to force each other to buy a soda. But still it was still a good experience. Also they have an awesome sale on laptops going on right now. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Not only have I been a long time customer but I also know the staff at both the Idaho Falls and Pocatello locations. These individuals do the best job they can. They are firm and FAIR …..again for those in the back FAIR on their prices wether you are purchasing or taking out a loan. They make in Manageable to pay back the money you borrow and love to make sure they give the best deals possible!! Thank you PAWN 1 for being there when life happens!!

I run a charity called “children without nightvision goggles” where I raise money for local kids who reside in my household who are in need of high end nightvision goggles. Pawn 1 had the perfect pair! The children we support have already noticed a massive improvement in the efficiency of their nighttime wanderings. Thanks pawn 1!

I wanna say thank you Andy your great you always give us good prices but I gotta say them girls make pawn 1 the best they make you laugh smile and just make you feel comfortable if you have to pawn cause i get embarrassed sometimes but they make it feel like your a loyal customer and they do everything to help are family I won't use any other pawnshops in this town so all that negative post idk why cause I've always been treated so good by Allison and Ellen they are the best girls ever they help me every time and they are the best ♡ and Andy is as well butt I just gotta say them girls helped me so mu h today and fixed all they needed to do on my purchase I was so expressed you rock girls keep it up I love seeing you girls there you guys always make me laugh ask for Ashley are Ellen they are the best people to help you and Andy but you want a laugh the girls make it fun and un embarrassing if you gotta pawn thank you all ♡♡♡

Not that great to be honest. Most people go to a pawn shop for a deal, but when you're selling used ps5s for more than they cost new, you may want to reevaluate that strategy. The music in the store was blaring and obnoxious. Their selection of used games and movies leaves much to be desired. It almost seems like they aren't taking those items anymore. Alphabetizing blu rays and DVDs would be great.

Amazing customer service. So kind and sweet. Really well kept shop too. Offered the most for our items than any shop from here to blackfoot. Very helpful and again so kind. Which goes a long way when you're down on your luck. Living in blackfoot and realizing the shops there are so rude and awful this was so refreshing and so needed. Thank you to them for their kindness.
