They left the wheels loose on my truck almost lost one and then it tore up all my lug nuts and they would not honor it or give me a refund it cost me $300 to replace the wheel in lug nuts

Took car in to have tires balanced. When he was putting tires on. the jack he put under the car fell. It busted the radiator and the fan. He refused to pay for the parts to fix it. We offered to pay half and he still refused to help. If your having work done and they damage your car they should be liable to fix it. Guess small claims court is next. Definitely would not recommend this business.

Fixed a bead leak on 2 tires caused by the rim paint starting to peel. Everywhere else said I need new rims, they stripped the paint where the tires seat. Problem solved

Used to think these guys were awesome. They took care of me on a Sunday once now tried to call to catch him late on a Saturday. Their business hour show till eight. They never called back or answer the phone. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

I can't speak for their tire services, but as a U-Haul dealer, they were awesome. They were able to help me out when the big U-Haul Mega Center fell flat on their faces.

Said it was open on Sunday and its not. Then, when I get there it was basically a u-haul drop off. Wasted a whole 45 min of my day.

Called to get a tire mounted. Hours are 8am-8pm and called at 7, said they’re tired and going home couldn’t complete the job I was offering to pay extra for.

I took my car in for a flat on the front passenger. They repaired the tire and I took it home the next morning. The tire was flat again. I took it back. I have them fix the tire and rotate the tires. The following day the tire was flat again, so I took it back. I hadn’t driven the car since the day before I took it straight home and parked it So the only logical answer is that their patch was leaking again. They called me a couple hours later and told me that I had picked up another screw. So I picked up a screw in the exact same tire on the way home from the tire shop? The chances of that are less than winning the lottery. They just didn’t want to honor their work The old owners of this establishment were great. I used them for years. The new owners on the other hand will never get my business again. I got charged twice for their mistake.

The oldest Tire Store in Pocatello I like the owner Rex it seems to help people out a lot even with payment plans and he carries the contract. He’s been a good help. He’s a good friend. I will always go back there for business.

Daughter paid $60 for this tire. I agree that is a fair price, for a used tire. But this is not acceptable. Would you feel safe putting this tire on your child's vehicle? I hope your business does the right thing and exchanges it for a drivable tire, hell a donut would be safer then this!!!

One of the worst place to get tires done, the guy was drink hard lemonades, own was screaming most the time I was there.. Had to help them cause I didn't want to be there for 5 hours... worst service I have ever had at a tire shop
