My customer just had a fraud charge and called rails west to report it and stop it. The teller told them they had to call the fraud company and ask them to refund the money they stole. I would say bank at mountain america and keep your money safe.

I had a slight hiccup in some paperwork and Anna was super informative, resourceful, and courteous in resolving the issue. She walked me through every detail and assured she would resolve the issue before the day was over. Great customer service.

These guys have been amazing every time I have used them. I have had several loans through them over the past 6 years and they always beat the interest rate of my other bank and credit union. All I have to do is send in the information for the loan by email and by the time I get there they have it all ready and in less than 10 minutes I’m usually out of there. I highly recommend these these guys for any auto or Recreational vehicle loan.

Been using it since 2001 when it was still Pocatello Railroad Federal Credit Union. Great credit union, excellent terms, staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Even when they can't do something, they're always apologetic and so their best to help before giving up. I will always recommend

Audio teller is always down and for me the online banking has never worked. Whenever I jump through the hoops it always fails and says try again no matter what.

Hard to reach anyone. Have to call back several times each time. Dial a teller is down more often than not.

I'm tired of twice a year or so you change your log in procedure so I can't get my banking done until I call in to complain. I've been with this union for over 50 yrs and the last two years have been a joke trying to do banking on line. You are not making it very easy on us seniors.

I am not very happy with this bank. My online banking does not work and they didn't know how to fix it so it has never been fixed. I can't see how much money is in my account and whenever I try to call them to see how much is in my account or do anything I can never get ahold of someone. I am going to close my account there.
