Hours: Reed Gym & Student Recreation Center at Idaho State University is a well-equipped, medium-sized facility offering a wide range of amenities for students and staff. The gym features modern, well-maintained equipment, including weightlifting instruments, dumbbells, and various organ-specific machines such as bicep and tricep trainers, abdominal machines, stairs, runners, and hip twisters.
