  They are listed as energy assistance help on idaho powers website, yet when you call their social services person, you never get an answer or a call back when leaving a voice mail. If you aren't going to help, then remove yourself from the ability to help.

  it's a helpful place getting food boxes and they serve you food. insightful on other places you can get food boxes. they're very polite it's a very clean place

  What gives them less stars but Google doesn't allow that. Have tried calling them never going to answer back. I appeared at the location three separate times in one day and seen a kid roughly 3-4 running around the inside of the building no lights on and nobody answering the door.
