The staff is always incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They talk me through anything with incredible patience, and handle things efficiently. Even though I’ve moved farther away, I don’t ever want to change banks.

I have been banking with SEI Credit Union for 25 years and every experience has been wonderful. Everyone on staff treats you like family and treats your family as their own. I have moved from Idaho to Utah, to Oregon, to Washington and to Texas. I have always kept my account active with SEI in Pocatello, ID and they have always been there when I needed them.

I have banked with 5 combination banks and credit unions in the past 57 years. SEI Credit Union has been my #1 preferred. They know who I am when I walk in, all staff is friendly and professional. I have been with them for over 10 years. I will remain with SEI until leave this world.
