“Highly Recommended! Very Accommodating! Pat really went the extra mile for me. I was on a motorcycle tour coming from Portland and needed to store my motorcycle for a week. They were full, but he managed to free up his personal locker for a week for me. Easy drop off, easier pick up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their facility. Beyond excellent service!”

“Been a customer for a long time now. Since 2019. Facility is well maintained, and clean. I like that it is a secure facility. And they always let you know in advance if something is changing or going to be done differently.Last month I made a payment early, but I accidentally messed up on the account number, so it wasn't my account number I put in. (but still was still was able to pay on time). But the $15, I saw added to my bill was a return fee for nsf. (Non sufficient funds).When I called and explained what happened, I was not told about the $15 return fee. I was told I had to wait until the payment was returned, and then make a new payment. I sent an email to them, & they clarified what the extra $15 was for on my bill. Which was appreciated.Today6/24/2025, I was e-mailed & asked to change my review, because I stated it was for insurance that they offer, & it wasn't. So here's my new / edited review. Just make sure you type your account number & or card number in correctly if paying online. They do accept a debit or credit card. No other issues. Happy to be a long time customer.”

“Was helped by a young lady named Tiffany to rent a U Haul for a cross country move. She was not only super nice but was extremely helpful. She got one brought down immediately and told me everything I needed to know, provided me with tons of helpful information as to how to correctly pack the truck, where to put tie downs, etc. I would highly recommend going to Storage Plus for any U Haul or storage needs and ask for Tiffany.”

“There are not enough words of gratitude or positive feedback that I can give to Daniel. I found myself in a pretty frustrating situation with another delivery service and I called Uhaul on a whim to see if there was any way I could possibly get a storage unit for 24 hours, and get something delivered to it...without being there.

From start to finish, Daniel listened to my problem, empathized (when he didn't have to!), and was solution oriented. An absolute 180 in customer service that I experienced with the company I was getting my delivery from.

On the day of my delivery, we drove down from Bozeman, MT (4 hours) to try to there before they closed at 7pm. We were a few minutes off, and Daniel was there ready to help! He helped us load up our delivery only to realize that...we need a U-haul! Without skipping a beat we were registered, hooked, hitched and loaded and on our way back home.

As a hospitality professional of 20+ years, I was honestly moved by the graciousness, help & care Daniel provided. Daniel and his exemplary customer service care will absolutely be shared in my leadership mentoring!
