“i’m traveling across the country right now with very little space in my car and made a few days stop in pocatello to clear out my storage unit and end my contract. i had a kayak in the unit that i payed big money for, but no rack for it. after serious consideration, i decided to bite the bullet and leave it behind. when i told sarah, who was working, she did not accept this. she spent the next hour calling up a buddy and got him to come out to get my kayak strapped to my car, and all 3 of us got it tied up and safe for a haul cross country. i feel like this level of kindness is so incredibly rare these days, and it just stood out to me how awesome and kind sarah was. now i have a kayak and my day is going 10x better than it was this morning. ❤ you forever sarah, please give her a raise or something she deserves it more than anyone.”

They were full, but he managed to free up his personal locker for a week for me. Easy drop off, easier pick up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their facility. Beyond excellent service!”

“Convenient to rent online. Very clean facility with lots of surveillance. I could see older folks who aren't as tech savvy having issues. But overall very satisfied with my experience. I was able to be onsite for a tour first which was nice and then the process for going through with the rental was very quick and easy!”

“Friendly owner and staff. Have been very responsive to any issues we have had. Not gated but does have cameras and lock systems that would be difficult to get into. They have big units and unfortunately prices have increased recently. It seems they have a few units that people sell stuff out of and or live in. Would like to see that issue resolved but otherwise very happy.”

“Stored here for 11 years. Very impressed with never having critters, experienced only one reasonable price increase during the entirety of my renting, very helpful and friendly when I've reached out during business hours and got back to me quickly during non-business hours. I like that these units required pin access to gain entry for extra security and locks not being exposed to the public.”
“The prices for the units is at a reasonable rate. However he said there would be cameras on the property to protect the units but I haven't seen any. But they could be hidden.”
“I have stored my personal stuff at big johns mini storage for over 25 years. They have been nothing but fantastic with me. They’ve treated me like their own child. They have amazing rates and quick customer service. They also have a camera system set up at their units that gives me that extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting my personal belongings. Their lock system is also very protective since someone with standard bolt cutters can’t just break into any unit. I will continue to store my belongings with Big Johns for years to come! VERY satisfied customer.”
