Very disappointed with this internet, we are paying for a gig and specified that we need it fast and reliable which of course they'd promise that. But unfortunately that isn't the worst part, we pay 77.95 a month for the gig but I went and look on the website and it states that it cost 69.95 for a gig and unlimited data with installation and equipment included. I'm very livid and plan on doing research on where false advertising like this should be reported to in the morning. Century Link is more affordable and higher quality.

I had a horrible experience with Sparklight and the people working there were very ignorant. This experience lead me to disconnecting my service. I do want to thank Laree in the Pocatello office as she was the most polite person I had talked to at Sparklight. Do better Sparklight have Laree train your people how to talk to customers.

Terrible internet. I've experienced long downtimes and the billing seemed predatory. Rates and terms are concealed. I was charged like I was a gig customer when I was only receiving 25mbps download on the lite plan.

I had CenturyLink Internet for a few years. Every night at 9 pm, my Internet went out. Coverage during the day was slow and "iffy." I had an online business and couldn't get anything done. My grandson has Sparklight Internet
and asked me to try it. It was the best Internet decision of my life! I've NEVER had a connectivity issue. The one time it was out due to a car accident, Sparklight sent me regular texts keeping me updated on their reconnection efforts. Their customer service has always been courteous and efficient. My experience with them has been 5 stars - hands down!

I’m glad they finally reduced their prices but they’re still just as unreliable. Can never stay connected for a full day even when they “fixed” the issue.

This service sucks I would give this a no star if it were an option. Interruption of service has lost me business time and important interactions on the internet constantly having to reboot their outdated equipment. I’m not happy.

Poor customer service. Pretty expensive for poor internet, and when it doesn't work for any reason and they have to send a tech out, they don't care to reimburse you for the time and inconveniences it caused you when it was an issue on their end. They just charge you full amount, and if not, more because you complained and got extra "service" provided. We tried to return a motem once to their office and it was closed every day and I had to take time off work just to return it while they were open, and they still charged us for it because it got returned a day too late. They're a joke.
Once Google fiber is available we are switching!

We are new to Pocatello and we are very glad we found your service. Jayden has a great attitude representing Sparklight. He helped set us up with internet service going above and beyond with setting up my phone with the service. Would highly recommend Sparklight.

Absolutely terrible company always have issues with my cable these eeros are one of the most terrible things work with you get a glitch in your cable and they go down and they gonna send a tech out to fix the issue. They can’t fix it over the phone most of the time and if I can do a negative start I will day one they have not offered a free month on my bill or any type of credit for these issues as soon as another company comes out with cable I will be switching as soon as I can. Multiple outages daily. On going issues for the last year. Ever since Maury retired this place has went even further down hill. Impossible to get ahold of the local office. They don’t return emails or phone calls. Can’t make their own service calls.
Come on Google fiber. Time to put these douchebags out of business.
