This has to be the worst experience ever dealing with someplace that’s supposed to be professional. I walked in. No one was in the office, but there was a gentleman on his phone in the repair garage. I waited for a minute and he never looked up. he turned around to walk away, so I picked my head in the door and he looked back and saw me didn’t say a word to me , I said hi could I get an estimate please? He walked over to the office still not saying a word to me grabbed the clipboard set it on the counter and said you need to fill out the top part. End of conversation. I almost walked out, but I wanted to see What the estimate would be. I filled it out. He took it and walked past me. Still no words exchanged went out and looked at my car came back and sat at the computer and after about 10 minutes, he said it’ll be about 3500 but I’m expecting more when we get the bumper off. I said OK thank you very much, and this man Mike still did not say another word to me. I wouldn’t have taken my vehicle there at this point if they were the only body shop around. He acted like I just ruined his life asking for the estimate. I went to Premier autobody and they were absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else other than premier, they were so helpful, and my vehicle was ready before the promise time. Absolutely no to teel collision repair.

I brought in my 2017 Toyota Prius because the hood wouldn't shut completely because the previous owner ran over a curb. The mechanic quickly diagnose the problem and made it so the hood shut completely flush. Did an excellent job and they only charged me $40. They know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their car

Came in today to get a bid for a front bumper repair. Really seemed like I inconvenienced them by asking. Guy named Mike didn’t listen to a word I said and yanked on my locked door handle. Quoted me $1910.50 for work I told him I didn’t want, but that goes back to him not listening. I’d never go back just because of him.

Teel did a really good job overall. There were some hiccups, but mostly just some miscommunication that Amy was very helpful with. She definitely helped me understand things better without being completely rude. She was honest and straight forward about things and I have to say I appreciated that very much. I think the only things I was slightly worried about is the alignment and the clear bra. Both things not in teels control so no fault to them there. Not even Toyota has the proper alignment rack or weights to align my car.. only bwm of idaho falls seems to have 100 percent of what's needed to do it. I'm still learning my car so I have to rely on others to make sure my car is 100 percent. It's tough in pocatello when majority don't know the car. Teel however made sure my car learned nearly brand new again. Would recommend them and deal with Amy as much as possible. She was awesome. Mike's cool too.

The people working here are so incredibly helpful. We were dealing with a very unresponsive insurance company and they continued to reach out to make sure that things were being taken care of. Absolutely incredible customer service. The work they did on the vehicle was great as well, but the help with the insurance really puts them on another level.Services: Painting

They put in the most competitive bid and then did the work for quite a bit less than the bid. This was the second time too. They're honest do great work for great prices. I highly recommend them.
