Very nice, clean, helpful laundry. One of the best customer focused we have ever visited. They have different sizes of washers & dryers. A lady greeted and helped guide us in our first visit there. She was very helpful getting us acquainted with the process and machine selections. She also has a business, Kellie's Wash and Fold. We think she would do a really great job. Highly recommend!

I recently spent a few months in the Pocatello area clearing out a smelly old building with my brother. There were new and used linens that had been stored there and I luckily found Kelli at the Laundry Room to help us launder them. She was incredible. I wasn’t sure that we would be able to save them but she was able to restore everything back to smelling and looking better than new. It involved washing the heavy items over and over again and a tremendous amount of effort and time. She was more than fair with her prices and fast. She offered to pick up and deliver our big stacks of linens. I can’t recommend her enough. I would have spent weeks doing it myself in a laundry mat.

Lovely laundry mat. I haven't been to a laundry mat in a long time so this may not be that cool, but I loved the reloadable cards. It made doing laundry fast and easy. I also love the 8x load washers!!!

So you have to buy their card to use the machine apparently. It did not take my debit or credit card and there is no option for quarters. After loading two machines and finding that my cards only give no connection errors, I went out to get my quarters before noticing they had no slots for them. I'm not buying their card because I don't live here. If you're only passing though, this is not the place. If you live in town, I'm sure this is fine...6pm on a Friday with no other customers in sight seems foretelling, though.

My dryer had popped open at the laundromat and it wasted a few bucks I had put in. The owner Mike overheard me discussing it with another customer and took the time to refund the money and talk with me. When you're going through a hard time those small acts of kindness mean alot. The cleanest and best ran laundry mat in town. Very kind staff and owner. Highly recommended!!

Don't laundromats take quarters anymore? They only take cards at this laundromat are you kidding me are you crazy I am not going to use a debit card to wash my clothes I have quarters only I'm not going to use my debit card to pay for washing clothes are you kidding me I will not be using this laundromat debit cards how stupid a lot of us don't have debit cards do not come to this laundromat
