Stopped in last minute on route to our final destination after getting a rock chip in nearby hiway construction. We were in and out in 20 minutes with the chip repaired with a warranty.

Went in for a rock chip repair and in less than 30 minutes I was on my way. The chip is now barely even noticeable. As quick and affordable as Nu-Vu Auto Glass was, I won’t be going anywhere else.

The Nu-Vu team was great professional, and quick. I will take all my automotive glass needs there. Safe Light is a corporate run scam they wanted over 3 times the price and a 3 day wait. In that period the chip in my windshield would have grow past the point of repair. Nu'Vu got me in the same day.

When we were on our way home we called to see if they would fix a chip in our windshield. Eli came right out and fixed it, we were there a total of 20 minutes and it looks great!

The customer service was terrible. My car was not picked up at the time they scheduled me for. Once it was picked up, hours later, from my work (that gentleman was was nice), my car was driven to Fred Meyer parking lot for awhile (car has GPS) instead of it being driven straight to the auto glass shop for repair, so that made me worry what was going on with my car.

I highly recommend Nu-Vu. Raya, Eli and the team were VERY professional and friendly. The prices were very fair and the work was great. I went in for an estimate on a few window chips and ended up getting the work done right then and there. Thank you Nu-Vu 😀
