About TK Hot Kennels
TK Hot Retrievers is a family owned Boise Hunting Dog training company. We specialize in training dogs of all breeds and ages in bird, duck, waterfowl, pheasant, and shed antler hunting specialties. At TK Hot Retrievers, we focus on the scientifically proven Reward Based Training Methods as opposed to the traditional Force Based methods. Reward based training will produce a confident and happy dog with a strong desire to please its owner. Our Hunting Dog Programs follow the rules and regulations set in place by the AKC for Junior, Senior, and Master Hunter.

This is by far the best Bird Dog Training in Idaho. My English Crème Golden Retrievers have been trained by Jim at TK hot retrievers. Hats off to Kade for showing Cody and Chloe in their first hunt test awesome job Kade!!

They are training our Visla puppy now, and so far very pleased with her progress

This result showed up in Google for a golden retriever breeder. However that is NOT the case. This breeder ONLY breeds and sells hunting dogs. They DO NOT sell dogs for pets or home. The owner was really friendly and told me how I can get in touch with other local breeders.
