The insurance is worthless. We rented a truck and got stuck in the snow. We damaged the bumper pulling it out. The max insurance policy did nothing for that.

Extremely rude and pushy poor customer service, the agent Drew blamed me for the fact they double booked the rental. Drew was inconsiderate on the phone and doubled down on rude, condescending attitude. I would not recommend this location.
