I go here for haircuts. Marbeya is really good. She knows the way my hair lays and knows where the cowlicks are. I also like that you can test many of the products before buying.

I always feel unwelcome here or like I've over stayed my welcome. The prices are high and the customer service sucks and the samples are dried out or empty but at least you can return purchases if you don't like it with a receipt of course.

Went into Pocatello location yesterday, no one acknowledged me for three to four minutes even though there were three employees standing there. When I asked if they had what I was looking for not one could give me an answer nor did anyone try to help me find it .I walked out and will never ve back. Went to Sally's and was helped immediately and thoroughly should have gone there first. Terrible customer service

Yesterday I went in trying to find new makeup to update my routine. Leah was AMAZING!!!!!! She walked me through different types of foundation and other things I was looking for. She color matched and listened to my needs to help me find the best products. Thank you.

I went into Ulta in pocatello. Nobody on the floor yo help and the gal at the front was rude and didn’t offer any help in finding what I needed. I asked if they had an item. She responded” I don’t have any idea”. Probably will never shop her again. I heard similar complaints from rwo friends of mine. Awful customer service !!

This store and the people are very nice, but when the shelves say 40% off and it rings up full price and they say no it's not 40% off, that's false advertising.

I’ve never had any problems with this Ulta. They are always quick to check me out and friendly. While I was waiting to check out today the cashier asked the person ahead of me if they wanted a bag. They only had one item. The other woman at the register then proceeded to berate her in front of myself and the customer she was checking out for asking if she wanted a bag instead of just giving her one. I thought the cashier was only being reasonable considering bags are wasteful and she gave the customer the option of the bag. But the woman with the blonde hair and a pink streak was being extremely unkind to the other cashier with the blue hair. She repeated herself multiple times and tried to make the other cashier feel dumb for simply trying not to be wasteful. It was extremely disconcerting to witness. The lady was I assume a supervisor and was treating her employee very poorly.
