This store and the people are very nice, but when the shelves say 40% off and it rings up full price and they say no it's not 40% off, that's false advertising.

I’ve never had any problems with this Ulta. They are always quick to check me out and friendly. While I was waiting to check out today the cashier asked the person ahead of me if they wanted a bag. They only had one item. The other woman at the register then proceeded to berate her in front of myself and the customer she was checking out for asking if she wanted a bag instead of just giving her one. I thought the cashier was only being reasonable considering bags are wasteful and she gave the customer the option of the bag. But the woman with the blonde hair and a pink streak was being extremely unkind to the other cashier with the blue hair. She repeated herself multiple times and tried to make the other cashier feel dumb for simply trying not to be wasteful. It was extremely disconcerting to witness. The lady was I assume a supervisor and was treating her employee very poorly.

This review is for the hair salon, not the store as a whole. I made a hair appointment a month in advance for a wedding and I received a text message 30 minutes before the scheduled time that it was canceled. When I called to find out what happened, I was told in a very condescending way that because I did not return their phone call to confirm my appointment, they decided to give my appointment time to someone else at the last minute. I was in the middle of meetings for the phone calls that I received before the appointment was supposed to start, and the voicemail they left me never said anything regarding the possibility of cancelation if I didn’t get back to them, just to please call back to confirm. If I had been notified that my appointment would be canceled I would have made it a priority to call back, but I’ve never been to a salon that automatically cancels your appointments for not confirming, without giving any warning of that policy.

Super disappointing Ulta experience today. I regularly shop at Ulta stores, and I’ve been to multiple locations. The staff here was the rudest I’ve encountered in my time shopping at Ulta. Multiple staff members walked by me without saying hello or asking if I needed help. This lack of welcoming behavior is atypical for Ulta stores and generally disappointing. The cashier was visibly annoyed by my presence and didn’t fail to let me know. I partially came in to pick up my birthday gift. When they notified me that they were “out of that gift” it was left there, with no apology or suggestion for how to maybe get the gift another way. If I lived here, I’d shop exclusively online so I wouldn’t have to encounter these folx again.

Ulta is a big enough chain that it’s pretty ridiculous to not have a restroom that can be used by anyone other than employees. If I have to go to a different store in order to find a restroom, I’m not coming back to purchase anything from you. I’ve also had more problems with snotty, condescending employees at this location than any other Ulta but today was the last straw.

Smaller location. Cashier was friendly but no one ever asked if I needed help with anything and I walked around browsing for over 25 minutes

Honestly some of the rudest staff I went in at 7:45 and they told me they were closed. There were other people at the register and the lady came up to me and snapped at me that they were closed. I will not go back if those are their standards on treating customers, and overall I was just very disappointed with staff expectations.

I went there today June 17 at around 11. I needed help because they ordered a specific product online because they did not have it in the store. When my item arrived it was the wrong product. The cashier refused to help in anyway and told me to look around the store. Very disappointed in this store and especially the cashier who was rude.

Love the store but dislike one of the employees here. Several years ago, one of the employees that works here, blonde and older, sl*t shamed me at a bar. She was belligerently drunk and said extremely rude comments after assuming things about my relationship and friends. She made comments on my appearance and clothing choices and my dancing, which all were generally just sl*t shaming.
