This is simply the best place I’ve ever had my car serviced at. I have bought two different cars here and the prices are fair, the work is thorough, and the owners have always been incredible to work with, and very accommodating. If you’re looking for good used cars and excellent service that reminds you of the times before private equity ruined everything, this is the place to go!

Was referred to University Auto Sales by a friend who bought a car from this place because I was in the market and couldn't find anything decent and affordable anywhere else till I got on their website and found it. I spoke to Mike and his son Branden I believe his name was, and they were the nicest people ever! Bought the car and love it. Will buy another from here soon for my kid.

The price of the vehicles is very fair. The owners are so helpful and willing to work with you throughout the purchasing process. As I was leaving with my new truck, the owner looked over the engine and topped off the oil. This is a good place to go for a good deal with good people.

Had the worst experience ever; they treated us as if we were potential car thieves. The way they handle university students makes me think they should consider a name change.
Btw: My friend had a valid Idaho driving license but they won’t let us go together for test drive, stating he (mike was his name probably) was alone and there were 3 of us.

I was in desperate need of a car but didn’t want to be in the same situation as I had been in the past with my old vehicle that died on me within two months. Everyone I came into contact with was very kind and generous. The vehicle I was interested in had some weird noises going on, but they rushed to get it looked at and fixed. It’s been more than 6 months and everything has been running amazing. Id highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a good used vehicle, they were amazing to work with.

This place has the best customer service you could ask for. I bought a car from here not to long ago and noticed my battery was going dead. I gave them a call and asked if they could do anything and they were happy to. When putting in a new battery they noticed the radiator seeping and told me they were going to fix that as well while it was in the shop. This could have been a pretty spendy thing for me but they took care of it all without me even asking. They also threw on some new wiper blades in the process. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and strongly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Best service in town.

This local family owned business is excellent to work with. They are friendly, accommodating and make you feel welcome. They work with you in ways no other dealership in town even dreams of doing. I cannot recommend or compliment them highly enough.

Mike and Dianna were awesome! They were seriously a big help with navigating me through my first truck purchase, and gave me a very fair deal on the vehicle. They were accommodating for me as I am registering the vehicle out of state. Highly recommend if you're looking for an honest used car dealer with quality inventory!
