    Absolutely the worst. Ordered $20,000 of material for a construction project. Was told 5-7 business days to receive it. It took 12 business days.

    I had a package that was supposed to be next day delivery only to be told that it was going to be here on Friday now they are told me it’s going to be here on a Monday! Do not use UPS for any kind of packaging because nobody will get it on time

    How is taking my package from Portland Oregon to louisville, ky then to Idaho efficient? Oh I forgot this is UPS they can't deliver your stuff early so they have to waste time.
