“Russell was such a pleasure to work with. I liked his laid-back style. I never felt any sort of pressure from him, he just let us check out the vehicle we were interested in and answered any questions we asked. The minivan we wanted had a broken rear latch; he had it fixed without question.It took us a little longer than we wanted to actually get the van (not their fault, it's just part of financing a major purchase through a credit union), but we were able to drive it off the lot today. Pleasant experience from start to finish.P.S. He was really nice to our little daughter.”

“BV Auto is a small, family owned business, The owner is very friendly. He sold me a duplicate of a car my deceased husband bought me but was wrecked by a deer a couple years ago. It was in decent condition, and he was honest, upfront, and direct with me about any problems he knew. I really appreciated his willingness to help me out, and he offered to do some work on some visual blemishes for free. I see some hit and miss reviews here, but my experience was definitely positive, and I will check his inventory in the future if I need another vehicle. Thanks so much!”

“When I went to them I was in need of a vehicle really bad. They worked with me super well, they let me test drive different vehicles and drive certain ones multiple times they listen to me and my input on the car. They had a reasonable down payment and prices. The staff was super nice, and so was the owner, I didn't feel pressured like other dealerships. When I got the car it was a easy process, but when I drove off it broke down within 2 hours of having it. I gave them a call and they were super nice about it. They fixed it all up with no charge to me, their Mechanic picked me and my husband up took us back to the dealer ship, and the owner let me use a car in the mean time. The car was fixed the next day! I will for now on go to this dealership. Highly recommend! I love my little car ❤️”
